Where do I find real estate investors. I plan to construct a new gas station on a land.

I am interested only in the business, and not in the real estate. I do not have the capital for the real estate, so it will work perfect if I can find the real estate investor, or Funding partner.

How you go about finding investors will depend on the size of the project. Deals like this are typically a matter of connections. Talking to local brokers, bankers and business owners. You should do as you are and continue to take advantage of online forums, with an emphasis on local groups. There are several real estate investment clubs, many of which you can find on sites such as www.creonline.com/real-estate-clubs/. You might also try placing ads in local publications or online. For instance, LoopNet.com is a highly trafficked commercial real estate website that has an ad board specifically for locating investors... Good luck.
