Where can I receive a grant or loan to start my small retail business?

I would be a new entrepreneur in retail. I need a loan or grant for a small business. I need startup capitol, hopefully at least $25,000.

Tender-Field Finance Ltd. does not appear to be a valid corporate entity in the State of California, from which this individual claims to be operating. Moreover, the Web Site states that its company headquarters are out of the UK; we have seen a number of scams from that area of the World. Extreme caution is suggested, in dealing with Tender-Field Finance Ltd.

Small Business Administration has federal govt funded programs
especially a small loan under $100,000 called micro loans, has fast application and funding process, if funding request meets the eligibility criteria (project worthiness, viability, your worthiness etc.)
Sometimes it is funded within weeks.
