Where can I go to verify rental rates in a specific area. Is it out of line to be based on note Taxes? Thxs

The rental rate is based on bldg note and txs. I want to make certain the sq footage rate is within reason. This is an auto transmission shop on a busy through steet.

If the question is where can you make sure that the rent is in line with the market around the area than you do have sources. Most retail real estate brokers will give you this data. Just call around as I am sure thier our other stores for rent around the area. Also try not sure if they will have retail data for TN. Also check out Crains business newspaper or the local business section and search the real estate section online.
