Where can I find Seed capital? The investor on my project has allotted 3.2M USD for my project, I need 50k....

I need to come up with 50k to cover all expenses and fees until the investors capital is transferred. So, unlike most start ups, I have the investor on board, but I simply need the 50k seed capital as an act of good faith. Any advice?

Brian...please forgive me for this...none of my business BUT unless you really have this deal tied down be very very carefull about FEEs and expenses for an investment. I have a tremendous amount of experience in these kinds of situations. Investors do not charge fees!

Again, I apologize, none of my business and I'm not suggesting anything is wrong. Just a heads up from someone who has seen some fee/goodfaith deposit scenarios before.
