Because they are going out of business faster than you can imagine..Try a deli and/or diner. It's hard work, but good rewards and fun. Plus in the right area it is an excellent investment that will grow. And you can do this anywhere there are people. We doesn't like to eat great food? Also, have 2 possible locations in Florida under a different name that may be available together or separate.

This same questions was posted a few weeks ago. Here is how I responded to another person that asked the same exact question:

"Well, I have been researching businesses to buy for the past 3 months or so. I also was initially intrigued by the Quiznos resale pricing and after researching and speaking to a few people I was quickly steered away from this Franchise. It's tough to be profitable when having to sell main products at a loss unless you succeed at the upsale ( i.e. "here's your 4.99 sub, WOULD YOU LIKE A SODA WITH THAT OR DESSERT?"). I have read about so many horror stories with franchisees losing their entire investments. Supposedly management at headquarters is just terrible. I have a friend who was also looking into this franchise and apparently he had found out that this franchise unfortunately had a very high owner suicide rate. He ended buying a franchise in a completely differenet industry and infact he bought two resales at very good prices and is working on growing his business. So far so good.

Just my humble opinion.... AVOID !! "
