It would depend on your area, and the level of competition. Some Yogurt Shops do well; but overall, they represent one of the businesses most frequently to fail. One friend of mine that does auction work for bankruptcies no longer represents anything that involves Yogurt machines, because there are too many for sale - you have trouble giving them away. Recently, several Brokers with whom we do regular basis stated they would no longer represent Yogurt businesses, because most do not make money and there are far too many for sale.

The moral is: Be very, very careful!
