My limited experience with these kinds of operations was spawned by a specific UPS store. The re-sale (in Washington, DC) was very low, principally because the store was in competition not only with FexEx, DHL and the others, but because they also competed directly with UPS, itself. I am not saying it is good or bad; however, I am suggesting you check it out with extreme care, in your area. The ones I see doing best are the independent, local couriers.
