What should we do if the sellers broker is not doing his job? Does not return calls, etc...

Will not return calls. Money has been taken and LOI signed. Very hard to get him to respond for next steps. Help please.

If he has taken your money, I would not mess around: I would call an attorney and ask him to contact the Broker in writing, and demand a response. Have you met with the Seller? Do you have the Seller's telephone number? If you have signed an NDA, that might preclude you from contacting the Seller directly. If the Seller gave you his number in the presence of the Broker, he has essentially given you permission to contact him, and I would do that. If no such permission has been given, I would leave the Broker a voicemail - or better yet, send a certified letter - telling him that given his lack of response you are going to contact the Seller, if you do not hear from him by a certain time and date. If he has taken money, you need to be aggressive and tough. There is no excuse for his lack of attention, unless he has had a car accident.
