Randy, Another thing to consider is to look at Franchises, especially Master Franchises. You can always open a start up business and there are plenty of Franchises to choose from. Please take a look at my web site under the heading Master Franchise. With a Master Franchise you can be your own broker and sell Franchises in your area. With every sale you will receive 50% of the Franchise Fee and 50% of all the royalties, which is a great residual income.
