Mrs Jane Gavin

Hello to All across the globe, I am Mrs. Jane Gavin, from United State Of America, USA. I am a mother of 4 kids and I was stuck in a financial situation and I needed to refinance and pay my bills. I tried seeking loans from various loan firms both private and corporate but never with success, and most banks declined my credit ,do not fall prey to those hoodlums at there that call them self money lender they are all scam , all they want is your money and you will not hear from them again they have done it to me twice before I meet Dr. Vasquez Reynolds the most interesting part of it is that my loan was transfer to me within 24hours so I will advice you to contact Dr. Vasquez Reynolds if you are interested in getting loan and you are sure you can pay him back on time you can contact him via email……… ( No credit check, no co signer with just 2% interest rate and better repayment plans and schedule if you must contact any firm with reference to securing a loan without collateral then contact Dr. Vasquez Reynolds today for your loan

Seniors are retired. Retired Seniors have plenty of disposable $$ and now they want to enjoy. Mostly they like to travel, socialize and dine out. If you know the right area, put in a casual deli and diner. They love comfort food, a nice atmosphere and being with others in their situation. Try us for a deli and/or diner. It's hard work, but good rewards and fun. Plus in the right area it is an excellent investment that will grow. And you can do this anywhere there are people. We doesn't like to eat great food? Also, have 2 possible locations in Florida under a different name that may be available together or separate.

Agreeing with both of the past writers, I would add Assisted Living - BUT ONLY WHERE THE AREA YOU WISH TO SERVE IS NOT ALREADY SATURATED!

We do a lot of health oriented businesses, catering to that demographic. It is a great one, but cannot be taken lightly. Assisted Living is a great example, in that a lot of people jumped into that one already and, in some areas, there are vanancies due to over-saturation of the area.

Look around. Talk to City/County councils on aging and get input from them. Read AARP magazine and other Web Sites and publications that cater to the needs of Seniors.
