What is the approximate value of my Direct Mail business geared toward automotive dealerships?

I'm just trying to get a rough value of the business as I may sell but want to see where it would be at. Assuming FFE is $0. We gross $9,000,000 and our EBITDA is $3,250,000. We have been in business for 5 years. Owner income is $200,000 and I am not an absentee owner. It is a lifestyle business where I do not have to be there every minute everyday and have flexible schedule.

Please feel free to shoot me an email. You have a great business it sounds like. I would be happy to help you establish a value in the event you wanted to put it up for sale.

Al, to give you a price shooting from the hip would be grossly negligent. Depending upon how your books are structured, this could be a very simple, or relatively intricate process. Either way, it should not take too terribly long. But we would need to say financial statements for the last three years. If you have any interest at all in talking about it, give me a call. Don Barrick, at 410-715-0700. Or email me at combroker@bafgroup.com
