What forms of insurance are necessary when starting a new business?

I want to go into business for myself. I am still researching and looking into a business to buy. Probably a small retail store. I've even considered a small restaurant or convenience store. In order to calculate costs, I want to make sure I have everything covered. I don't know much about insurance coverage that is needed to run my own small business. Any advice? Thank you. - D

Dorothy, You will need General Liability, Workman's Comp, and if needed auto insurance. You can contact your Insurance broker for quotes.
