I need 5 simple questions answered in order to evaluate an opportunity. What is current net operating income, what is target net operating income, What is the current debt structure (all of it), what will be needed (cash injection) to realize an upside story, and why are you selling now, instead of doing what needs to be done to realize the upside for yourself?
