We are rolling out a chain of stores and I am wondering what the best financing structure for a roll out is.

Are we better to finance the stores individually or set up a revolving credit facility and draw down from there or?? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Grant,

This all depends on the roll out. How much money would you need per store and at what rate? I will be able to assist.

Hi Grant, Are you opening one store first and than expand or launching multiple locations at the same time..? depending on the industry and your corporate structure and your team..the best funding can come from the public market..I assist companies including start-ups go public and raise funds..I have great contacts and resources to raise funds after you are public..than expanding into multiple locations is much easier as that will require more funds to operate them...going public is a great tool for a high growth potential companies like your sounds like..Financing stores from banks or revolving CL can be very expensive and risky because of interest and collateral and private investors would want a big stake in the company even if they decide to invest.please contact for further details..I can be better reached at my personal email: atif.rf@gmail.com
