We are in a Contract for deed, we need $150,000 to buy it out, can you help me, its a 2007 Manufatured home

we are in a Contract for Deed in the state of Wyoming, we have already paid in $24,000 and $18,000 of the $24,000 is down payment, we need $150,000 to buy the seller out of the contract. I asked for $200,000 so we can build a shop on the property to increase the value. Is there anyone that can help me?
