I was wondering if you would consider owner financing. I have been trying to purchase a business. I had an investor and they backed out when it came time to put in their part of the money.I lost my deposit on it.I need a business that is owner financed meaning that I would pay the owner a monthly portion of the profits. Like the other answer of your question, this site has to be a good start. I have used Craig's List in the past, but now it is swamped with people trying to sell me an internet business with which I can make millions overnight. Maybe I opened myself up to those emails by being greedy, Huh?
There are several sites that you can jump on and get the word out. Small ads in your local newspaper work sometimes. Don't offer too much information and see what happens. Just get busy on the internet and get the word out and see what happens, Good Luck, Jon at Edgemaster Mobile.
