I was wondering if you would consider owner financing. I have been trying to purchase a business. I had an investor and they backed out when it came time to put in their part of the money.I lost my deposit on it.I need a business that is owner financed meaning that I would pay the owner a monthly portion of the profits. Would you be interested ?

L Strang,

You have spend time establishing a successful product in demend and a thriving business with growing sales yet you're looking for a buyer ASAP. This is not a recipe for success if your goal is to get at least fair market value for your business. You really should consider speaking with a business broker. The sale needs to be managed confidentiality and you could use professional advise on how to price it. Please call me directly at 617-945-5338 to at least understand the process and how you can protect your asset and yourself through this type of transaction.

Like the other answer of your question, this site has to be a good start. I have used Craig's List in the past, but now it is swamped with people trying to sell me an internet business with which I can make millions overnight. Maybe I opened myself up to those emails by being greedy, Huh?
There are several sites that you can jump on and get the word out. Small ads in your local newspaper work sometimes. Don't offer too much information and see what happens. Just get busy on the internet and get the word out and see what happens, Good Luck, Jon at Edgemaster Mobile.

Advertise on craigslist and this website, providing hard facts in the ad (like sales, COGS, number of customers without divulging pertinent data like names etc.)

Hello and congratulations on devloping a great product that sells in this economy! If your business is booming and you have financials to prove your income with low overhead, there will be brokers jumping at the chance to represent you, including me. Since your business sales are from a website, I'm assuming that this is a relocatable business which is great. Where is your inventory located? How long have you been in business? Do you have a patent for your product? Where is it manufactured? These are some of the questions that will be asked by potential buyers. If you have any questions, please contact me at globalnerd@yahoo.com. Angie
