Biz2Credit ( finances a large no. of gas station acquisition deals. You need to arrange for a seller note so that your downpayment requirement goes down. In this credit environment get financing without putting down payment is next to impossible.

Corporate Financiers

Dale - I have just arranged financing for a buyer to purchase three gas station sites in NJ. It was difficult but possible. Because of the size I actually had to arrange financing with a couple of lenders to each participate in this one transaction. I am a former banker for fortune 100 finance firms, including Merrill Lynch. I also have an Accountancy background from the U. of MI and Northwestern. I now arrange financing for small and mid-size businesses nationwide. I have arranged many gas station loans, with and without real estate, and also, conventional and SBA. I do not charge the borrower any fees, my fee is paid directly by the lender as a referral. Give me a call and I can discuss this deal with these same lenders. I can provide you references if you'd like. Todd 312-488-3505
