Tips for finding struggling businesses?

I've been looking to buy a new business over the last couple months now that my other is self-sustaining.

I'm interested in the challenge of rebuilding a struggling business but am struggling with finding one.

Brokers are great, but they tend to focus on profitable businesses that can actually sell, and ultimately don't pick up a lot of struggling businesses.

Anyone have any thoughts on finding struggling businesses?
