D'lites Ice Cream Shops, with over 25 locations and 29 years in business is now expanding. We are seeking qualified area developers to set up licensed stores in exclusive territories.
Sales and marketing experience is very helpful as well as experience with ice cream shops, restaurants or food related franchised operations.
The primary product is a low fat, low calorie (50 calories per serving) excellent soft serve ice cream in over 100 flavors. Shops sell cones, cups, ice cream cakes, ice cream sndwiches and other items made from the ice cream. The shops are licensed, not franchised, so owners can offer other products, design their store as they like or simply include D'lites in an existing store.
Store setup runs from $ 80,000 to $ 150,000 depending on space. The major investment is in soft serve equipment that can usually be leased.
The product is much better than the "frozen yogurt" and maintains a better margin.
