Its good to know your giving money away, So I'll close our fund since most lenders such as ourselves have
" Stricter Criteria" about loaning our money , and use your funds... in fact i have about 30 crappy files that i could send you that don't have credit or collateral - and your post claims that neither is needed.. on another note - when posting your a lender you might want a website that doesnt say " Under Construction " just some observations..
