Most business brokers that I know focus on "old economy" businesses and not online companies. If a business broker tells you they can sell your internet business for you make sure you ask for references and ensure that they've done a transaction like that in the past.

Yes! Even though it is online it still has all most of the components of any other business. As a licensed business broker I have personally sold 19 online busines since 2005 ranging from start-ups to over 5 million. There are many qualifed buyers looking for online business but they have to make sense. Typically 3 years of tax returns, equipment list as well as monthly reccurring revenues will be key in valuing this business.
