Yes, it's absolutely feasible and I have the "perfect" one for you. It's been around for many years and has financials to prove income. The manager and workers want to stay and run the business for you. AND, the best thing of all is that it's only 60% of your investment capital. Please contact me at for further information.
Kind Regards,

I am a small contractor with 30 years experience looking to expand my business via a small but lucrative industry niche. This niche involves disaster related restoration work on homes and businesses which are covered and paid by insurance. I have plenty of excellent crews, having worked through several hurricanes and a few hail storms. I also have an excellent team for sales and marketing that provide leads and sales having the experience and expertise in working with the insurance companies using their programs and data to maximize both the profit margin and the over all scope of the job.

Even though this is the slow time of the year there are a few storms that would be perfect to work through until the spring storms bring fresh work. Right now would be the perfect time to get started and get a feel for things and get all the kinks worked out in time to jump into the next major storm with both feet.

I am open to the business arrangement and the amount to be invested however I can say through experience that a hands on investor usually hurts rather than helps because of their lack of experience in the industry.

The ROI should be in the 20-30% range with a minimum of 20K.

Just so you know, my competitors usually do 250,000 to 2,000,000 per month working these storms. The main difference is usually the financial resources available.

Thanks for your consideration. I can be reached at

Consider investing in film. Historically its been risky when people invested into one film. But if you are spreading your risk in a fund that is making 5, 10, or 40 films and is generating 20-30% immediately to you before profits you from the sale of tax credits and rebates, something to keep an open mind about.
