Seeking Investment of $275k

I'm interested in taking over a bar/ restaurant in my area, the EBIT is $119,354, and the annual income is $717,834. A few ideas like expanding the bar, and adding more options to the menu, with a party room already installed, renting out the room would sure enough raise the annual income. My credit is fair, 630, I have no experience in owning or running a bar/ restaurant. But i do have 3.5years experience in management dealing with food, and 6months in fast food. With my attitude, and the will to succeed, I am a great candidate for this position, just need an oppurtunity to prove myself, I strive to be the best at any and everything I do.
