REALISTIC QUOTES

I'm selling my business out of the necessity to be with my family. No other reason. In fact, the business is growing and I can't find the time to nurture it anymore. My baby girl has taken place and to me, is more important. I've been talking to brokers about selling this busy and popular establishment, but I've been getting unrealistic rates for example: $15, 000. That's the set-up fee, marketing, etc. For a tiny business like mine, this is very unrealistic. I would like to work with someone who goes off of commission and specializes in independent businesses. Any suggestions?
