Private Lender Needed for a 50% Equity Position Purchase in Manufacturing Company

I recently had a 50% equity position purchase deal ($375K) fall apart when the seller suddenly reneged on pledging a lender required 100% of the manufacturing company's AR and equipment as collateral for the buyer’s $300K loan. The manufacturing company has solid historical annual revenues of $3M+ and Net income of $500K-600K per year. The seller is willing to pledge 50% of the company’s net AR and equipment as collateral for the loan, with conditions, so I think an private lender may be required for this deal and we are open to suggestions.
