Need help finding the right business Active duty army officer with $100,000 to invest

I want to buy a business or property when I return from Afghanistan. If I purchase a business, I plan for my mother to run the day to day operations. She has 20+ years experience in corporate America in PR and Marketing as well as 7 years running her own PR business out of her home. I am looking for something that she could run and live comfortably on the returns, but also fatten my pockets a little while I continue to serve in the Army. Willing to relocate to the business, but Houston, TX is home.

Most business with a price of $ 100 k or less aren't going to provide enough profit for your mom to live on and to put money aside for when you get home. I would like to suggest that you invest your money instead. An investment of $ 100 k will provide you with an income of $ 5,500 a month for a term of 3 years. So you would receive a total profit of $ 98,000 on your investment. The business is well established and I have financials you can review. If you're interested, please e-mail me at

Hello, I would like to say a Big Thank You! I have a son who has been in his high school JROTC Air Force Program four years now. Not sure if he will enlist but he does have a mind for business.
I have own my own business for over 20 years, and this year has been a challenge to say the very least. However I would welcome the opportunity to share with you the business opportunity have going forward in the near future.

I have a strong since of business values and would love the idea of your mother working in your area. I plan to make this business grow nationally and she sounds like just the right person to take care of the Texas area!
With giving you a little information it will be a family style of business with focus on special events. I believe families are having a very hard time these days being able to even celebrate events like birthday parties so I have developed a very detailed business plan to not only help my children's future but that of my future investor. And I feel very blessed to live in a country where we can still reach for dreams even if it takes awhile.

As part of my business plan I will have in place a giving back to our community program to help in
make sure programs like my son has been part will continue. In addition to this we will have key fundraiser programs to help many organization.
I would consider it a honor if you would like to just look into the possible future as a investor in my company. I will also be open to a absentee owner business if you wanted to be able to have other options. At this time I am looking to start the first business in Southern California due to my major connections to hundreds of business which I know will benefit the progress of the first year of this unique business. I do know I would only require 50K for investment, you could put in more if this was your goal. This would allow you other business opportunities as well while building a strong future with my company. I will not be listing my website at this time we are under construction but will be up soon.

Thank you,

Cheryl Knapp

Hey i dont really want to sell my business but i have a line of military helmest that i need a investor of roughly $30k to start up my business/get stock and all the odds and ends of a initial start up. Being doing armor sales for 6years as i come from a family heavily involved in the military. Now on my own have some new products that are in high demand. Mostly specializing in helmets for SF guys and tactical units locally and abroad. Only 4/5 competitors world wide!

And keep up the good work over there. Tell me what you expect on your investment.

Take care

Mr. Tardy,

First of all, THANKS for serving our country!!

Second, I would strongly suggest to sticking to what your mother, or you, knows best. Expand her business??? I could rattle on forever, but my experiences have taught me a clear lesson. The only times I lost money was when I took a big step into unknown territory. Ease into it.

I'm not trying to sell you on anything, unlike many of the posters that will follow. Good Luck!
