Need advice on a new possiblye opportunity

There is a place with about 50,000 people in it, lots of pet stores and groomers etc... but no local dog parks. Also the closest dog park is about an hour and a half to two hours away and they charge about 30 dollars per month membership, it would be relatively low start up, no competition etc... and i was wondering if anyone had any input on this? I was thinking of charging about 20 per month for membership.

My suggestion to you is that buy an existing run down store at a reasonable price and then slash the rates and advertise vigourously, the chances of your success are abundant also you will get the staff,
equipment and expertise as a bonus.
In this global slack economy a new venture is risky because your expectations are always high when
you start yourself and to find clientele is challenging.
