Need a lender to finance buyout of a partner 75k

This company is a 50/50 partnership in business since April 2004. Each partner draws approx. $1000 per week or $52k per year each. In addition, company pays cell phone, home internet, gas, company meals, etc. for each partner. Financials show that company will save approx. $65k - $70k per year with the exit of partner. Exiting partner is wanting $75k for exit.
