Moreover, the Web Site states that its company headquarters are out of the UK; we have seen a number of scams from that area of the World. Extreme caution is suggested, in dealing with Tender-Field Finance Ltd.

Hello, thank you for your interest. My client does own the land where the factories are to be built in Mexico, so yes he does have collateral. Are you the direct lender or broker? I would need you to sign a NCND agreement before any pertinent information could be sent out. Does your organization charge any upfront fees? No fees of any kind can be paid until closing. My client can place closing funds into an escrow account, under his name to be used for all closing funds and send verification regarding the account to you. He would just need to know what all closing funds are via your terms sheet. It is a very viable project for funding. Please let me know if this is acceptable to you, as these terms are the only way we can move forward.
