Need $150K unsecured loan to purchase existing business in Florida. Prefer at least 10 to 15 year terms.

No direct experience in field, so I do not qualify for SBA loan. The percentage rate is not a big concern as the loan should be paid off within 2 to 3 years, so no prepayment penalties. I have an existing LLC that I would like the loan to be under. I would prefer the loan not be on my personal credit, although my credit is good. I am currently building up my business credit. Would like to be able to close within the next month.
