Micheal Miller of Capital Funds Loan and Lending (out of the UK) appears not to be legitimate.

We contacted Mr. Miller, who initially states he does not charge for funding in advance - which is not necessarily true. We found his name and Company posted on an obscure Web Site that exposes loan scams, and when questioned, he initially defended himself, then declined further comment when asked for evidence about his Company's legitimacy. Until we receive such evidence, we are warning people against using his services.

He is not operating out of Manchester, England as he claims. He called with a telephone number that had a Nigerian Country Code.

In an update to this issue, though Mr. Miller claims to be in Manchester, London (UK), and his correspondence bears a Manchester address, when I received his call yesterday, it did not have a (44) Country Code. The number was a (234) Country Code, and having been in and done business in Africa, I know that the (234) Country Code is Nigeria!

Interesting update! Mr. Miller called me yesterday, by phone. Although he claims to be in Manchester, and his written correspondence bears a Manchester, London, UK location, the caller ID on the phone did not have a 44 country code, as it should from a caller in the UK; the code was 234. I have done business in various areas of the World, and have business connections in Nigeria - which uses a 234 country code!

I was contacted by this gentleman as well and found him and his business to be, shall we say a little shaky. I've got news for you there is quite a bit of this sort of thing on here, folks need to be very careful. There are a couple of web sites we use to check legitimacy.
