Looking to sell small online advertising business with verifiable income.

I am selling one of my smaller online businesses in order to complete a larger project. Although it's only been online since May and has not been marketed, it's already generating $250 to $300 a month (verifiable).
This business has excellent potential for growth!
I'm willing to assist the buyer with marketing as well as provide training and support for 3 full months after the sale.
