Looking to purchase a Subway franchise on Long Island but I do not have the funds I would need about $50K to g

I have 11 years experience in the Subway Business. I currently work for Subway Corporate and I am looking to purchase a franchise. I do not have the proper funding and would need a partner. Total investment without a loan could be up to $225,000 for a tradional location. I have ran the top three stores in Suffolk county for the last 10 years and was just recently promoted to Corporate.
