Looking to finance a FedEx Independent Contractor route

We have a bank on board and completely ready to give us the money to finance but only if we can get an SBA guarantee. The SBA denied our application because FedEx is an "ineligible company" because the person who looked at our app at the SBA believes FedEx has too much control of our business. How can we contest this rejection so that we can recieve the SBA guarantee?

Rebecca,

You need to look at past cases where SBA has funded the Fedex deals. We have got UPS and Fedex route deals got through banks under SBA program. You can register at www.biz2credit.com and chose the case manager option and we can walk you through the process.
