Are you still in the market for the Auto Business? If so, first what kind of auto business? Repair/Restore, Car Lot, or what? Or is it just a dealership or even a used dealership? Next you need to know if there have been any past environmental issues that have not been resolved. A phase I, II environmental will determine this. Find out if there is a recent Environmental Report. If you have not found a lender or a broker that can walk you through the purchase process, contact me and I will do the necessary things to get you to your end goal.
