I am a Banker by trade having worked at Merrill Lynch. I now assist small and mid-size businesses obtain financing, as well as, buy/sell a business. I have direct experience in the oil and gas space having previously lent to one-unit operators to several hundred unit operators, as well as, jobbers and travel centers. More recently I have arranged financing for C&G operators.

I would suggest you look for a site with real estate. Also if you do not have 25-35% equity, a seller offering seller financing. Again, I can assist with the purchase and financing.
