Looking for silent/ Equity partner

I am looking to purchase a liquor store in GA. The store does $5 million in annual sales and I am looking for an investment of $900,000 from a silent partner for 50%. We can get an sba but your investment would be part of the 25-30% down payment. I will be doing all the work.
