Looking for real estate and business attorney to help me resolving loss of businesses over landlords actions.

I have a couple of stores in the San Jose, ca area that both stores were lost and closed after the death of the original landlords I was used to dealing with. The new landlords on both properties in made it very difficult to run both of my stores in a financially healthy way by raising rents and putting pressure on me and the company to the point of closure. I feel I have in both cases legal issues that I hope can gain me back the value I lost in not being able to run my operation or the opportunity of selling them to another operator for a financial gain from my end. In both cases I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars and I am looking for legal representaion to get me what I lost financially dealing with bad landlords. One both of the stores had been in operation for over fifteen years
