Oil exploration in the Bakken oil fields has resulted in an economic boom in western North Dakota, as well as a severe housing shortage. We are looking to take advantage of this great market opportunity. Therefore, we are seeking private capital to construct new single-family and duplex homes. We have established a relationship with a developer who has already received approval from the city.
