- Purchase price between $1mm and $2.5mm with unadjusted EBITDA between $300k and $750k
- We are putting down up to $200k cash and financing 80% via commercial loan, allowing us to put down up to 90% upfront
- Owner willing to carry at least 10% of purchase price and earn out on valuation difference
- Strong local business model with at least 30% profit margins
- No retail, no restaurants
- Accounts receivable <90 days / FFE of acceptable collateral quality for typical commercial bank financing covering 80% of purchase price
- Properly audited 2010 accounts available, partially audited 2011 accounts available
- No outstanding IRS issues or pending law suits
