I'm a big fan of being protective when it comes to non-disclosures. So I've had my attorney draw up a blanket one that we adjust for each deal to make sure it covers that business specifically. Initial write up cost me $150 and each adjustment is about $50. But am much more confident it is protecting me and my seller's interests. Link is to his bio, tell him Toby sent you.
