Looking for a partner/chef to open a new bakery in Manhattan. Open to new ideas.

I have no experience in F&B but I run my business already (which is unrelated to F&B).
I want to open a French Bakery in Midtown Manhattan and need a partner/chef to start things, some import of french products would be also part of the business. I need someone very motivated who wants to build something from the ground up. The idea is to open different branches after the first is successful.
