- Distressed business, even if it just breaks even at the end of the month!
- Size, 500 - 700 ft2
- Location, Mid to High income families and/or young professionals area. (inside the loop?)
- Drive through preferred but not required.
- Business that offers healthy products (salads, sandwiches, etc)
* If it is a franchise ideally one with some flexibility to offer other products
