Thank you, Victor. We have dealt with a number of online businesses, but I would stop short of saying we "specialize" in them. I would be happy to talk to you, if you wish; use the Web Site coordinates below, if you would like to contact me.

The initial questions I would ask are who, how and why was your business valued? I once asked a CPA who specializes in valuations about what he would do about a particular business I was trying to refer to him, and his first question was, "What is the valuation for?" If it is for settling an estate, it might be valued differently than if it is for insurance purposes. And we have had difficulty in dealing with valuations that have been performed on the assets, because that kind of valuation is sometimes very difficult than one performed for a sale. A valuation for a sale needs to take into account current demand for that kind of business, because demand can skew the value of a business either upward or downward, depending upon the state of the market.

Online businesses that sell products have diminished in value, over the last several years. The number of Web Sites selling competitive products has increased, thus reducing margins, overal profitability of the business and scaring Buyers about the future impact on such reductions. It does not matter if YOUR particular Site has suffered such an erosion in margins; when the perception is that such an event is affecting an industry, Buyers will be wary about any such purchase, which in turn will affect your own sale either in terms of actual price, or the length of time it may take to find a Buyer.

Although it is not our "specialization", we obviously know the market.

We hope to hear from you.
