Looking for Broker comfortable selling light Manufacturing business (New Jersey).

Hello!
We're in a niche Furniture market and have expanded from 1 employee to around 10 in under 3 years. We are currently having our business valued but wanted to find the right broker to help sell the business to a quality buyer.

2013
Total Revenue $82,327.50
Net Profit: $30,024.36

2014
Total Revenue $429,907.06
Net Profit: $104,855.49

2015
Total Revenue: $276,486.74 (January, February, March, April)
Net Profit: $136,363.21 (January, February, March, April)

We have been told by others that we should keep the business for a couple more years given the rate of growth but I'm looking to build my wife a house and I have a couple other business ideas I'm looking to try out.

Hello Philip,

Before selling your light manufacturing business you need to consider the Return On Investment (ROI) a buyer would reasonably expect and your desired selling price. In addition to what other similar businesses are selling for so you can get a better idea of what you can realistically expect when selling it.

If this number is acceptable to you then it will be worth selling your business. If it is not then it is better that you wait for the appropriate time. We can provide the analysis and expertise you will need to accomplish this.
