Looking for Broker comfortable selling light Manufacturing business (New Jersey).

We're in a niche Furniture market and have expanded from 1 employee to around 10 in under 3 years. We are currently having our business valued but wanted to find the right broker to help sell the business to a quality buyer.

Total Revenue $82,327.50
Net Profit: $30,024.36

Total Revenue $429,907.06
Net Profit: $104,855.49

Total Revenue: $276,486.74 (January, February, March, April)
Net Profit: $136,363.21 (January, February, March, April)

We have been told by others that we should keep the business for a couple more years given the rate of growth but I'm looking to build my wife a house and I have a couple other business ideas I'm looking to try out.

Thanks for looking and I look forward to hearing back.

Hey Phil,

Congratulations on your tremendous business growth. I'd be happy to speak with you about the value and sale of your business. It's growth and profit margins would certainly be very attractive to a potential buyer.

You may also be interested in a few programs that we run that would allow you to continue building the value of your business all while 'Escaping the Owner's Trap,' as it were, and help you create a company that can thrive without you. Thus, allowing you the freedom to either sell your business for a premium, scale it up, pass it to family members or key employees, or just sit back and run it as its Chairman. This would then allow you to explore the other business opportunities that you're interested in pursuing.

I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

Best regards, Tom

The cold cut, blanket other response I see in response to your inquiry disappointments me.

Operating in a niche market w/ those types of margins can be highly attractive to the right buyer. On the right buyer note, as you are most likely well aware in the business world its about access to the right connections.

I'd be happy to discuss w/ you & learn further of your niche business.
Feel free to contact me via the contact info on our website.

All the best...

Hello Philip,

Before selling your light manufacturing business you need to consider the Return On Investment (ROI) a buyer would reasonably expect and your desired selling price. In addition to what other similar businesses are selling for so you can get a better idea of what you can realistically expect when selling it.

If this number is acceptable to you then it will be worth selling your business. If it is not then it is better that you wait for the appropriate time. We can provide the analysis and expertise you will need to accomplish this.

If interested please contact me at: or call 954 534 5318.

I'll be glad to explain it and answer your questions.
