The best way to find a spot to buy an existing business and save your time and efforts in trial and error method..if it is successfull it may be thriving if the spot is is dull you can estimate by looking at the inventory of hanging garments.
By the way i have a listing of cleaners in an upscale city of orange county california selling price being
