Jimmy John's future franchisee needs a silent partner.

I need a silent partner. My goal is to own not one, but multiple stores in multiple locations; as many as they will allow me. Let me cut to the chase, you finance me...I do all the collect a percentage of the profits from each store for a negotiated length of time. Why would I do this? It’s simple…I am the man who WANTS to work 80 hours a week, so that I do not HAVE to work 40 hours a week. I simply do not have the financial capital to make this happen on my own, but I have what it takes to make it work. Also, business loan payments can choke the life out of anything in the first year, and I don't think either of us wants that to happen. That’s why I am looking for a partner, not a business loan. Jimmy John's franchise information webpage states the average net profit in 2014 for a Jimmy John’s franchise was just over $240,000 a year.
