Hi Dilip,

There sure is, if you pay the listing fee on you put in the information for your listing and on the last page of where you input the info to sell your business is asks you if you would like to upload a photo or document. You can also go into the view my listings part and then manage your listings and under "listing actions" next to your name under the business listing the drop down box lets you add a photo/document.

One thing you want to do though is this - the website has a generic NDA they will have potential buyers fill out if check that box, don't check that box, but at the bottom of your description in your listing details put in capital letters "PLEASE DOWNLOAD, SIGN AND EITHER FAX OR EMAIL THE NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT PDF FILE LOCATED IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THIS PAGE THAT SAYS 'DOWNLOAD ADDITIONAL INFORMATION' " Otherwise people don't really know what or why they are downloading something and are confused if you ask to provide their NDA. If you are fine with the website's NDA just check the box for their NDA when filling out your listing details it's very easy to see. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to email me:
