Investment needed for successful 11 year old corp to aquire real estate and move from present location

Incorporated in 2000, we own a small mfg and internet sales business grossing 800K with good net income. We have our own high tech mfg facility located on a 5 acre property in eastern montana and would like to move the business out west to a 25 acre residential property near flathead lake, 6000sqft home with similar shop facilities. Ok problem is we do not have the cash to purchase and make this move. We own our present property which will net around 140K after sale. Target property was valued at 899K before the RE bubble burst, now being offered at 599K.

So the question is how to leverage what we have against what we want ?

You have options. Call me to discuss if you haven't found funding yet. This can be a combination of programs which we offer, but you have ways to raise cash, at least for a large down.
