Mike: You want someone to invest 100K into your corporation and become a sales and marketing manager or are you looking for an investor to manage a different aspect of the fim because you have the need to dedicate more time to sales and marketing. In any event, for a 100K investment, what does one receive in return? What type of business is this? Is it well established? Are you profitable and can you back up your numbers via verifiable tax returns? How long have you been in business? Do you have a well detailed business plan for a potential investor to review? I think you need to be a little more specific in order to get some meaningful responeses.
